Local team secure new US rider

‘Magic Bullet Racing’ the Lisburn based racing team is pleased to have secured 28 year old American rider Patricia Fernandez.

The Mayor of Lisburn, Councillor Andrew Ewing met the team at Hillsborough Castle recently, which included Timmy Elwood who was at the Lisburn launch of the Ulster Grand Prix.

Councillor Ewing said: “I was delighted to have the opportunity to meet up with this local team and enjoy a chat with their riders. This year’s Ulster Grand Prix is Patricia’s first ever road race and I understand that teammate Timmy has been mentoring her on the circuit.

“The Ulster GP is the world’s fastest road race and I trust that they keep safe and enjoy the experience. Magic Bullet is a local company which provides advanced fuel treatment and they run an excellent team with well turned out bikes.

“Patricia has only been racing for four years and last year she successfully qualified and competed in every round of the AMA pro road racing series. As the only racer in her family Patricia has developed an unconditional love for motorcycles and races; and is looking forward to adding an international road race to her race resume.”
