Multisports Week Summer Camp at Showgrounds

IS your child bored already over the summer holidays?

Then why not send them to a multisports week where they will have fun and fitness as well as meeting new friends and trying out new sports.

It will run from 9am – 12noon, Monday 26th July to Friday 30th July at Ballymena Showgrounds.

The week is aimed at introducing 6 – 12 year old boys and girls to adult sports but in a fun and new way.

It will be run by Simon Law, the hockey development officer for Ballymena Hockey Club.

Simon has several years experience in American summer camps and will be running a variety of sporting activites including King Kong tennis, soccer, field hockey, Quick cricket, Nuke’em, Volleyball, Tag Rugby, mini tennis, baseball and American football.

Some snacks and drinks will be provided at suitable breaks. Children should wear adequate clothing to enjoy the activities safely and gumshields and shinpads are preferred for some of the sports.

The cost is 40 per child with family rates of 70 for 2 children and 100 for 3 children.
