Nathan's double delight at awards
LOCAL lad Nathan Baird collected two awards at the Loughgall FC awards night in the Seagoe Hotel.
Nathan, who captained the U17s in the Lisburn League this season, also represented Loughgall Colts (U18s) in the IFA Youth League Section B,
The Scarva teenager helped the U17 team reach the League Cup final, the NIBFA Cup final and to a third place finish in the league, losing out to Carling Premiership teams Crusaders and Glentoran respectivly.
For his efforts his team mates awarded him the U17s Players Player of the Year award and he was then credited with the most improved player award for the U18s.
