New course for new FCC members

FOYLE Cycling Club is to host sessions for those new to cycling due to the rising popularity of the sport in the city.

The club is now welcoming new members and anyone new to cycling to get involved in the new beginners’ sessions which will get underway on Sunday, February 24. Richie Sheerin, FCC PRO, said that the beginning of the ‘B-run’ will be an “ideal” opportunity for anyone new to what has become e hugely popular sport.

“The B-run is aimed at cyclists who are new to the sport and wish to increase their fitness and cycling experience levels,” he stated.

The beginners’ session will leave from Templemore Sports Complex every Sunday at 9am from February 24th.
