As Kenny McKinstry, an unprecedented 11 times winner in Lurgan Park put it, “I just couldn’t imagine not being there. It is the one event I wouldn’t miss for the world.” McKinstry will drive one of the iconic Subaru Impreza WRC S14 cars from his rally preparation business. He is always the benchmark for the other 50 invited drivers.

To fit in with the busy summer motorsport schedule the organising team, the North Armagh Motor Club (www.namac.com) has moved to this new date of June 28. Rally Director William Fullerton says it will be all go for the Club from now until the end of June. The successful format of the rally with 8 short sharp special stages with 50 of the best drivers fighting for every split second, will be retained.
