Noel turns back the clock
NOEL Graham turned back the clock by winning the Loughaghery Open Pairs Tournament along with Jim McInness for Graham’s last success was back in 1990.
The Loughaghery pair were popular winners when they beat Robert Kidd/George Crothers, Armagh Golf Club 11-8 in the final. It was a success enjoyed by a large crowd at finals night and there could not have been two more popular winners.
McInness/Graham beat S. McSorley/Lisa Douglas, Ardstraw in the quarter finals, Paul Reid/Eddie Marsden, Ballinderry Beat Scott Jess/Michael Beattie, Ballinderry, Kidd/Crothers beat M. and R. Hastings, Ballywalter and Ricky Fleming/Tommy Lithco, Michelin received a walkover.
In the semi-finals McInness/Graham beat Reid/Marsden and Kidd/Crothers won against Fleming/Lithco.
