NORTH WEST LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIPS

This week saw the start of the play-offs for both the rinks and triples in the North West League’s Championships.

On Monday night the rinks took place in Ballybrakes Indoor Stadium. After a late night’s bowling it was Loughanreagh and Ballinrees who won through to the finals. On Tuesday night Dunluce Parish hosted the triples. Again some great play was witnessed by the many spectators and the players going through to the finals are, James McKee, Gareth Steele and Ian Ross (Loughanreagh) and Amy Hunter Jacqueline Jones and Mark Jones (Finvoy Presbyterian).
