Teachers at St Anthony’s were disheartened and disgusted at the stream of attacks. A tape recorder was among items stolen when thieves broke into one of the classrooms. Two nights later a second recorder was taken. Then two rooms were broken into and valuable teaching equipment stolen. In this attack the adjacent scout hall was also entered and it was the target once more when thieves ripped out the side wall.
