Nostalgia: Jumble sale at St Paul’s

A jumble sale in St Paul’s School in 1985 raised £400 to help the poverty stricken in the Third World.

Local shops donated items for the sale, parents sent in cakes and toys and pupils brought in various things. Organised by Mrs Johnston, head of RE, the sale was boosted by a raffle.
