Nostalgia: Success for judo club
There was plenty of success for Brownlow Judo Club at the NI Closed Championships in 1997.
In the under 12 section for boys Dara Creaney won a gold medal while there were bronze medals for Christopher Kyle and Conor McKendry.
James McAtasney took silver while Aisling Creaney won a gold. In the U16 group Colin McKendry took gold while Christopher McAtasney took silver and Christopher Kyle bronze.
Gareth Robinson took bronze and Peter McAtasney won gold.
