The Scarva teenager is gearing up for next month’s Curtis Cup and this weekend once again showed that she’s on top form, taking the Irish Women’s Close title at Lahinch Golf Club.

She did it in style, beating fellow Ulster girl Louise Coffey in Sunday’s final, much thanks to a stunning eagle at the par five 15th, when Olivia smashed her way to the green in two, leaving just a three foot putt to win the hole.

The victory adds to the Irish and Welsh Open Stroke Play titles that Olivia picked up earlier in the year.
