Opportunities to become a sports coach

IF you've ever wanted to become involved in sports coaching, now is your chance, through the Causeway Coach Management Scheme. The scheme offers coaches opportunities to develop their skills and knowledge in a range of sports specific and generic coaching courses.

This new scheme is another example of the commitment of Coleraine Borough Council and Ballymoney Borough Council’s Sports Development Units in bringing more people into sport and giving them a taste for progressing up the coaching ladder.

Sport is dependant on quality coaches and I would urge as many young people as possible to take part in this scheme and gain coaching qualifications”.
