The Ballymena & District AGM will be held in the local Clubrooms at Fountain Place on Monday 15th February at 8.00pm. The Harryville HPS annual meeting will be held on Wednesday 17th February in the local clubrooms at 8.00pm. The annual dinner and prize presentation will be held in the Countryman Inn on Friday 26th February, contact Robert Alexander. Kells & District HPS have a club meeting arranged for Thursday 11th February to discuss the NIPA Resolutions etc, the AGM will take place on Thursday 25th February. Billy Seaton from Ligoniel has informed me that an NIPA Section C meeting will be held in Doagh on Monday 15th February at 8.00pm. Doagh & Dist have been given permission to act as a Race Centre during 2010 provide they meet the conditions, this will change the representation on the Committee and it might effect the numbers using Muckamore.

The www.pigeonnetwork.com 10th Birthday Bash which was put off late last year will now take place at the Lisburn Rugby Club on Friday 26th March. It’s probably a good idea not to list the guests at this early stage after what happened last time but you can be sure they will be special. More details nearer the time, the evening will include the usual presentations for NI Fancier of the Year, Cornish Connection Cup and the Mid Antrim Champions League. The small sale of gift birds which this time will be youngsters which can be flown in 2010. Entry is 5 Pay at Door, usual buffet etc.

Belfast Gold Ring Race planned for Ulster Fed

Gary Shaw has been in touch with info on the Gold Ring race for Ulster Federation members, it will be run in conjunction with the 2nd last Ulster Fed race of the young bird season. ALL MONIES raised will be distributed over 20 positions except for the 5 levied for admin costs. All rings have been Sold Out and we look forward to the race, those who missed out will have another opportunity in 2011.
