Players enjoy Cross Countytennis competition in Bangor

LAST Saturday saw one of the biggest Cross-County Tennis Competitions in Northern Ireland take place at Bangor Tennis Club.

Each participating County - Antrim, Down, Fermanagh, Londonderry, Donegal and Tyrone - presented their top 8 players to compete against other Counties in two divisions.

With the City of Derry Tennis Club providing four out of the eight strong team, County Londonderry was well represented by the Maiden City. Antrim were crowned the eventual winners.
