POOL: Saints remain a point clear after win over Ruby's Bar

The Saints recovered after last week's first defeat to remain a point clear in the Q Pool Larne Pool League. They showed bottle to run out 11-4 winners after the match was poised at 4-4.

Thatch ran out comfortable 11-4 winners against the Freewheelers, with Johnny Nelson and Ryan McKillop pocketing hat-tricks. Station Bar got a well-deserved point at Q Pool and it might have been more had it not been for a Neil McKelvey hat-trick which included a superb clearance in the play-off frame.

Ibrox secured a 10-5 win over Q Club and the Feathers stay with the leading pack with an identical result over Thatch Rockets.
