F2 Stock Cars, Saloon Stock Cars, Speed Stocks, Euro Stocks and Group Two Lightning Rods make up the race programme at the Room to Race sponsored fixture, with Stock Car Irish Champion Christopher Kincaid very much the driver to beat in the F2 category.

Antrim Flyer Kincaid has won 5 races out of a possible 6 at the Raceway this season, with impressive newcomer Scott Finlay the only other F2 driver to carry the chequered flag.

Star names Craig McConnell and Conor Hughes, plus the ever improving Mark Rainey, will all be hoping to end Kincaid’s winning streak.

For the Saloon Stock Car racers Friday’s fixture is the final run out before their big international events over the weekend of June 14&15.

Ross Houston has been the driver to beat so far in 2014 and the Waringstown man romped to a heat and final double on his last visit to Raceway.

Irish Champion Ryan Wright from Cullybackey will be keen to get back to winning ways after a quiet start to the campaign by his high standards, with Matthew Stirling, Anthony McIvor and Antrim’s Tommy McCrory all eyeing up an upset.

The Speed Stocks contest Round 4 of their Super Pole Series this weekend. Ballymena racer Noel Hazlett is the dominant driver in this class at the moment having won the final in each of the previous three rounds!

His Vauxhall Corsa is sure to be the car to catch once again, with Steven McKane expected to provide some stern opposition.

The Group Two Lightning Rods continue to produce a different final winner each week, with Ballymena’s David Gillespie the latest driver to claim some silverware. Matthew Curran, Freddie Fleck, Daniel Norris and Jason Clyde are amongst the other contenders for honours.

The Euro Stocks complete the classes on display and have provided some interesting action already this term, with a wide variety of cars on display.
