Pre-season training is now in full swing at Rainey Old Boys where the warmest weather of the summer made life even more difficult for the very encouraging numbers who turned out last week.

A gruelling session in the gym, followed by a stiff workout on the pitch awaited a squad that included a few good players who, for various reasons, have been consigned to the sidelines in recent times.

Hopefully, they will enjoy an injury-free season. Training continues on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm.
