Lurgan’s Reece Millar reached the NIBA Junior Singles Championship semi-finals by winning his match against Scott Jess, Lisnagarvey.
It was a close finish but Millar came through from eight shots down to win 21-20. Ivor Mitchell and Alan Briggs had good six-shot win against J Erskine and E Kennedy in NIBA Pairs Championship at Donaghadee and now progress to the third Round away to Brendan Power and Gerard McCleave (Divis).
