Relaxing weekend for Fit N Running athletes

With no races over the weekend Ballymena’s Fit N Running athletes had a well earned day out at the Portrush which involved training and lunch at Ramore wine bar.

It was an opportunity to relax and fine tune for the upcoming Seeley Cup and Malcolm cup fixtures.

Fit N Running, who are based at the Michelin Athletic club, train four times each week with an attention to detail approach which delivers great results for all of its members.

Monday at 6.15pm is an easy paced run with suitable for all levels.

Tuesday at 6.15pm is Advanced level.

Wednesday at 6pm is strength conditioning training in a circuit format. There are a few places left in this class. There is also a weight-loss group on Wednesday evening.

Saturday morning session are dedicated to long runs and start at 9.15am.

There is now a juvenile group on Tuesday evenings. New members are always welcome.
