From referee’s Shane Toolan’s first whistle, the only question was the margin of victory as the Roesiders seek to see out the season unbeaten.

It was one way traffic with full-back Peter Wilson notching try number three and the bonus point try arriving as early as the 20th minute when centre Jamie Miller set up Tom McClelland.

Strabane to their credit scored a try of their own on 28 minutes but it was the home side who had the last say of the half when Lamberton sprinted clear for Limavady’s fifth.

Despite trailing by 24 points at the turnaround, it was the visitors who made the brighter start to the second half, but Limavady broke on 55 minutes when scrum-half Jamie Miller scored try number six.

Strabane grabbed another while Limavady’s Ricky Boyd was in the sin bin but for the final 15 minutes, Limavady went on a ruthless try scoring spree with Lamberton (2), McClelland and Miller touching down.
