Reigning champions Roost A continued where they left off last season with a domineering win over the Roost B. Davy Morrow (117, 3x140, 20 darts) beat Kevin Scanlon (100, 125). Jeff Watt (3x100, 134, 140, 16 & 20 darts) beat Alan McVicker (100). Andy Martin (2x100, 117 Finish) beat Arron Hall. Daniel McDonald (3x100, 137, 113 Finish, 2x18 darts) beat Willie Hutton (100). In the doubles Jeff & Daniel (5x100, 4x140, 22 darts) defeated Kevin & Arron (4x100) then Davy & Andy (4x100, 2x140, 21 & 22 darts) defeated Alan & Willie (3x100, 123, 140) to secure a 6-0 scoreline.

In the second derby game of the night Floyds Flights featuring three Area 1 County players had a comfortable win losing only the last doubles game. Rodney Kane (100, 121, 125, 135, 19 darts) set the pace defeating Tommy Dorrans. Francie Kelly (2x100, 123) then beat Stephen McNeill. William McKendry (5x100, 121, 19 darts) had to fight off a determined effort by Noel McKendry (5x100) and Stephen Collins (100, 125, 135, 140, 20 darts) defeated Matthew Dorrans Jnr (100) to give the Flights a 4-0 advantage. Rodney (100, 140, 180) and William (100, 140) defeated Adam Hutchison and Matthew (100, 140) in legs of 26 and 29 darts to stretch the lead to 5-0. Floyds B then won the last doubles game when Tommy (116) and Noel (3x100) defeated Francie (100, 121) and Stephen (2x100).
