Rugby ace Rodger scores for Ireland in club international

The team retained the Dalriada Cup beating Scotland 26 - 21 and with McBurney scoring his try in the 54th minute.

The Irish side is made up of a combination of the best rugby players from the Ulster Bank Club League. The teams competed for the Dalriada Cup at Old Belvedere RFC on Friday, March 9 at Anglesea Road, Dublin.

Ulster Bank, Official Community Rugby Partner to the IRFU, is running its second year of its club initiative, Ulster Bank RugbyForce. The initiative provides rugby clubs with support to renovate their club and upgrade their facilities.

It also encourages rugby supporters, their friends and families to give something back to their local community and rugby club by volunteering to undertake renovations to clubhouses and grounds.
