Seapark members score personal bests at 10k
A team of athletes from Seapark AC took part in the Laganside 10k on Sunday afternoon. The popular race, organised by North Belfast Harriers, proved a fast course as many Seapark athletes achieved personal bests.
Results were as follows: Ian Cleland 37.34; Charlie McCormick 40.37; Robert Murray 43.09; Colin McCrum 44.19; Gareth Hamill 46.11; Neill Harper 49.53; Ruth Hawkins 50.26; Lynette Magill 54.41; Trevor Lamb 55.53, and Sara Johnston 56.09.
Further results included: Phil Magill 57.23, Ann McCracken 57.34; Glenda Murray 1.00; Megan Kane 1.02; Geraldine Kane 1.02; Carol Downey 1.09; and Tony Barclay 1.09.
Meanwhile, Michael Kane from took part in his first half-marathon in Maidenhead, finishing in a time 2.35.
