Second chance to clinch title

LINFIELD need only a point tonight against Cliftonville at Windsor Park to seal the championship.

A win at Seaview at the weekend would have done it but the Blues had to settle for a point.

"Cliftonville will be doing everything in their power to push this all the way. They will want us to have to go to Portadown on Saturday needing a result," says manager David Jeffrey.

"We are almost there but have not crossed the line yet. I have told the players how important this game is and lets try and do it in style. I want us to stride through."

The Blues will be without the suspended Paul Munster but could welcome back midfielder Jamie Mulgrew.

Lisburn Distillery having survived the dreaded drop and now relax and aim for an amazing eight place. They travel to Newry tonight before finishing off at home to Coleraine on Saturday.
