Seconds’ narrow but welcome win

Having lost the first match by three goals, Banbridge Seconds had a definite goal in their second match of the season - a win.

The match started with some great attacking play up the court from Chloe Finnegan and Kerri Patterson. They put some great balls into the circle for Bann’s shooters Helen Monaghan and Paula McBride.

The score was helped by a great defensive effort from Claire Lilley, Elaine Connery and Cherie Hamilton who worked well as a team to create opportunities to tip and steal the ball.
