This weekend sees two of the favourites go head-to-head when Madden, who defeated Wolfe Tones last weekend, face Cullaville who look to be the strongest side in the competition.

Silverbridge, who came from behind to narrowly pip Middletown, will have to be at their best to beat St Paul’s and Sarsfields have a difficult tie against Keady who beat Ballyhegan last time out. St Peter’s will encounter North Armagh rivals Tr na ng.

Unfortunately both the St. Paul’s game (Abbey Park) and the Sarsfields game (Ballyhegan) have been pencilled in for the same time on Saturday night (7pm).

A big crowd, however, will be given the luxury of attending the St Peter’s against Tr na ng game which takes place on Monday evening at Clann ireann.
