Sevenths put five past Mossley
LAST Friday Garvey Seventh’s took on a challenging Mossley Sixths team.
The five goal thriller took place on Garvey’s home ground.
The opening goal came from Andy Nye from a well struck short corner. Shortly after that Finn Harkin slotted home the second with a slap shot well placed into the bottom corner. Next to score was Connor Baird with a reverse shot leaving the keeper with no chance.
Johnny Poots put the forth away with a cool finish.
Finally man of the match Fraser Rodgers got the fifth goal along with two assists.
A truly magnificent performance from the whole team, winning 5-0.
