Sharon excels in London
CARNMONEY athlete Sharon Trimble became the sixth-fastest female from Northern Ireland in her first marathon in London at the weekend.
Her impressive time of two hours and 51 minutes meant that the North Belfast Harrier was the 11th woman to cross the line on The Mall on Sunday.
Sharon now looks forward to her next challenge in either Amsterdam or Majorca.
