Six All-Ireland titles for Clanns

CLANN Eireann handballers had an unprecedented successful trip to the National Handball Championships.

They captured six All-Ireland titles at the event, held in the City West Hotel, Dublin.

The Clanns team of Alana Doran, Aoibhin Henderson, Niamh Coleman, Meabh McMahon and Megan McCann became division one All-Ireland Feile champions.

Other Clan Eireann winners were:

All Ireland Golden Masters Champion - Conor McMahon.

All Ireland Ladies Challenger Champion - Avoureen Coleman.

All Ireland U-15 Girls Singles Champion - Niamh Coleman, who will represent Ireland at the upcoming World Championships.

All Ireland U-11 Girls Singles Champion - Dearbhla Coleman.

All-Ireland U-17 Boys Champion - Conal McCavitt, who will represent Ireland in the upcoming World Championships.

Aoife McConville, u-15 Girls, finished as runner-up.
