South ladies regain form

South Antrim Ladies 1st were hoping to regain their form after last week’s loss, and they did so emphatically.

After a strong start the the first half, South Antrim scored through Charis Rodgers.

However, celebrations were short as Cooke equalised soon after.

Nevertheless, South Antrim refused to let Cooke capitalise on this equaliser, and replied with two great goals in quick succession, with both being scored by Vicky Donaldson.

In the second half, South Antrim kept the momentum going, scoring a further two goals which were finished by Alannah Richardson and Lauren Boomer respectively.

The game ended 5-2 to South Antrim, with Charis Rodgers being named player of the match.
