Sports Bond success for 'wee John' at Easter

JOHN McMaster (B6744), one of our more mature in years supporters, was a £50 major winner on Sports Bond this week on Boyd Douglas' agency.

John is a keen supporter home and away and always contributes to united promotions. He was a winner of the Xmas draw a few years back. Even major heart surgery has not lessened his support for the Sky Blues.

We hope he enjoys his outing to the Irish Cup semi final this Saturday. For Boyd, John’s agent, it was a double winning success with Ian Young (B6028) a 10 minor winner.

Luke Gaston also had a successful week with a 50 winner Maureen McIlroy (B5277) and a 15 consolation winner with Joseph McCrory (C5277).

Hugh Hillis had a 50 winner in Harryville with Tam Mullan (A1127), while in Belfast a 50 winner for Davy Creighton’s agency with Isobel Watson (B9937).

The Seven Towers agency had no less than three winners, a 10 minor winner with Elsie Feathersone (A7884) and two 15 consolation winners with George Bell (A5277) and Marion Patterson (A9937).

Two minor 10 winners were W Smyth (B5454) on Wendy Park’s agency and Austin Hutchinson (A2768) on Patricia Thompson’s agency.

The remaining 15 consolation winners was on the agency of John Davison and was David Shaw (A6744).

No Jackpot was allocated with the numbers 9, 16, 22 and 27.

Belated birthday greetings to Vicki Russell who celebrated her 18th birthday on March 30!

The winner of the first score away to Distillery was Louise Murray who had the correct time of 11 minutes.

There will be a large first score for the Irish Cup semi final on Saturday, make sure you get yours to support the club.

Broughshane man William McBurney, a work colleague of Sports Bond agent Boyd Douglas, was the winner of the first prize in our Easter Sports Draw.

The draw took place in the Social Club on Saturday night. A fantastic trip to this Saturday’s Grand National awaits William and a friend.

The second prize of a VIP hospitality package to Drumbo Stadium awaits Linda Millar of Limavady and boyfriend David McCaig of Ballymena.
