St Comgall's victorious against Islandmagee

St Comgall's were 8 – 0 victors against Islandmagee, with B. Gribben hitting 180, A. Bird taking a leg of 19-darts and K. McAllister a leg of 16-darts for the Saints.

Gers ‘B’ were 7-1 winners over The Football Club. R. McGill had a checkout of 122 (T20: T10: D16) for the Gers.

Gers ‘A’ were also 7 – 1 winners, defeating LTOB, when J. McCourt had a leg of 18-darts and C. Gilliland and C. Baxter both had checkouts of 80 (20: 20: D20). Baxter also had a two-dart checkout of 88 (T16: D20). Star men for the Old Boys included A. Lyness who posted legs of 19 and 18-darts. He also had a checkout of 111 (20: T17: D20).

The Blue bars were 6–2 winners against No. 1 Club ‘A’. For the Blues both K. Magill and J. Wilson had legs of 19-darts and I. McCalmont had a leg of 18-darts. In a second 6 – 2 result St. John’s were the victors over Rangers ‘B’.

Whitehead Rangers were 5 – 3 winners against Jay’s Rangers, for Whitehead M. McKee had a leg of 17 darts. G. Jones had a checkout of 88 (T16: 20: D10) and T. Ross had a two-dart checkout of 90 (T18: D18). For the Jays, B. Agnew had a checkout of 90 (18: T18: D9).

In a second 5 – 3 result K.D. Nicholl were the victors against the No. 1 Club ‘B’. For K.D. Nicholl, W. McCullough had a leg of 17-darts. The final result of the night saw Ballylumford and The Lumford share the points. For Ballylumford D. Nicholls had a leg of 18-darts and for The Lumford both M. Penney and C. McGarry had legs of 18-darts. S. Clarke had a leg of 17-darts and both M. Penney and J. O’Toole had checkouts of 120.

Next Friday’s match between L.T.O.B. and Rangers ‘B’ has been reversed.
