St Mary's break the 100 point mark

SECOND Division champions St Mary's broke the 100-point barrier following their one shot win away to Drumreagh last week.

The visitors picked up six points after winning on three of the four rinks. Sam Martin grabbed the home side's only point in the first half as he beat John Campbell by 10 shots.

Ronnie Milliken grabbed a point back for St Mary's with a two shot win over Martin Marks.

In the second half Arthur Rainey beat Raymond Clyde by four and Declan McCann recorded a five shot win over Brian Taggart.

Garvagh and District recorded a 12-shot win away to New Row. In the first half Tommy Moffatt got New Row's only pooint with a hard earned one shot win over David Livingston. Jonathon White picked up the visitors first win with a five shot victory over Joe Elkin.

In the second half David Workman beat Jonathon Elder by one shot and Peter Reynolds sealed the win for Garvagh and District as he beat Robin Humphries by seven shots.

Killowen wrapped up their league campaign with a three shot win over Castlerock.

Billy Boyce got Killowen off to the perfect start with a five shot win over Victor Callaghan, but Brian Wilson reduced the deficit to one as he beat Sadie Davis.

Ronnie Steele levelled things up after the break with a one shot win over Joe Davis, Sammy Connor though secured the win for the hosts with a three shot victory over Jackie Hutchinson.
