Stephen is selected for Youth Games in Samoa
Lisburn bowler, Stephen Kirkwood, has been selected to represent Ireland at the Youth Commonwealth Games in Samoa during September.
He is still a member of Hilden Bowling Club, although he now plays for Old Bleach in Division 1 of the Private Greens League and has made an impact in Private Greens and IBA competitions.
He lifted the Private Greens under-18 and under-25 titles during the past season.
All local bowlers will wish Stephen success at the Games.
