This year a week has been left out of the local leagues to encourage more people to take part in these competitions. If you have never played before, why not give it a go this year?

Organisers would like to see as many representatives as possible from the various clubs in the Zone taking part, thus enabling more players to get through to the play-off stage.

The open singles, pairs, and triples will be played in Ballybrakes Stadium on 22nd, 24th and 25th November, and the National rinks on December 11. Ladies competitions will be played on 23rd and 26th November.

Clubs are also reminded that the IIBA Association fee of 20 should be paid to Edwin Irwin by November 1 and Zone fee of 15 should be paid to David Wright by November 13.
