Sunnyside Under 13s collect three points

SUNNYSIDE U13s collected their first three points of the season on Saturday with a victory over Lower Maze Youth.
Sunnyside got off to the best possible start with Shane Russell scoring a hattrick in the opening 10 minutes, this spurred the team on and further goals were added by Shayne Lavery, Michael Bunting, Michael Canning, Emmet Farren, James Mc Alinden and Corey Hatchell. Towards the end of the game Lower Maze Youth did apply some pressure, however, the defence held firm to keep them at bay.
It was good to get a victory with players getting their first goals of the season and a clean sheet - hopefully this can be used to spur them on over the coming fixtures.
