Support for Lisburn Rugby Club is shown through new sponsorship

Local graphic design agency 2b:creative have continued their support of Lisburn Rugby Club this season through sponsorship of the new first XV playing kit.

2b:creative Partner Simon Bruce played for the club for over 25 years and is delighted to have the opportunity to continue his links with the club through this sponsorship opportunity.

“Lisburn Rugby Club has played its part in my life for many years. When you are involved with sport, your weekly routine revolves around it and the build-up to Saturday’s match. It takes a bit of getting used to when you have to accept that it’s time to stop and put away the kit-bag for good.

“There are a lot of personal lessons to be taken from playing sport: team building, discipline, loyalty and of course, forming great lifelong friendships. Having the opportunity to support the next generation of players coming through the club is a privilege.”

Club President, Brian Barlow said: “It is great to have an ex-player continue to support the club, sponsorship is a vital element for our continued success. As well as sponsoring the First XV kit, 2b:creative are also involved in the sponsorship of our thriving Youth Section for the next three seasons.”
