TONY O’Hare will represent Northern Ireland at the 48th Qubica AMF Tin Pin Bowling World Cup which will be held in the sky Bowling Centre in Wroclaw, Poland this month.

The Lurgan man won his place by winning the Qualifying event at the Jet Centre Coleraine earlier this year, although,Tony has previously represented Northern Ireland at the World Men’s championships in Munich in 2010 and the AMF World Cup in Johannesburg in 2011. He also has won six gold medals and one bronze as well being Masters Champion 2011.

The Qubica AMF Bowling World Cup is the most prestigious amateur singles event within the sport of bowling and is the largest annual international sports championship in terms of participating nations with over 80 countries represented at the event.

This event bring to gather the champions of the world so it will give Tony an opportunity to compete against the best in the sport.

Tony is looking forward to taking part in this week long event which is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
