The name is Boyd, Sports Bond Boyd

To paraphrase a line used by 007 the name is Boyd. So the last few weeks have been dominated by the name Boyd, whether the first name or surname.

Lately it has been Boyd Douglas who dominated the winners’ sheet. This week Boyd has a £10 minor winner with Robert Neeson (A8505), however this week Andrew Boyd had two winners, one of the was a £50 major win for his father William Boyd (B7152), now fully recovered from major surgery. Andrew’s other minor winner was Ann Service (C5056).

However, agent of the week belonged not to a Boyd but to Maurice Anderson who had a double £50 major win. The first £50 win belonged to Cullybackey man Jim Hanna (A3311), now Jim is a magic member as he was brought on during Magic Member month in September. Under the rule this earns Maurice a £50 bonus not just his normal £5 bonus. Also a first time £50 for Donald Donnelly (A7325), congratulations to both first time winners. However it was another win for Ballymena fan David Oliver (A7146) as a £10 minor winner.
