Thompson reunited with MSS Kawasaki for NW200

CRUMLIN rider Stephen Thompson has been reunited with the MSS Kawasaki team for the 2010 Relentless International North West 200 in association with Black Horse Finance and the 2010 Macau Grand Prix.

Thompson previously rode for the Nick Morgan backed team in Macau and is looking forward to getting back on the track with the squad who will be running Simon Andrews and Gary Mason in the MCE British Superbike Championship in 2010.

Thompson will be joining fellow Northern Ireland rider, Dungannon's Ryan Farquahar at the triangle as he also is running in MSS colours for the TT and North West. The deal was agreed on Friday February 19 after a number of months of preparations and talks. The deal which was sealed was announced by the part-time racer and full time plasterer during the North West 200 Press Conference will see him riding the MSS Kawasaki Superbike for both events, but he is also looking for a Kawasaki Superstock machine for the North West in May.

During the recent press conference it was also announced that Thompson has been given a small camera to film his build up to this years North West 200 as part of the BBC's ongoing coverage of this prestigious event, he will be filming some of his daily routine but will also be taking the camera with him when he competes in the Le Mans 24 hour race.
