Time running out to enter tennis club junior festival

BALLYMENA Lawn Tennis Club is putting the final touches to preparations for its Jubilee Junior Tennis Festival, which runs from August 6-10.

The event runs from 10am until 12 noon each day and is open to non-members of the club from ages 5-16.

It will feature tennis coaching and fun and games, organised and supervised by the club’s qualified coaches, and there will be prizes and free refreshments each day.

Cost for the week is £30 for non-members and £25 for members.

Entry forms available from the People’s Park Pavilion and the Braid Tourist Information Centre and members of the public are advised to register as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment.
