Tony is league winner

THE second annual ten pin bowling league at Centrepoint was completed recently.

After opening up an early lead Tony O’Hare went on to finish in first place, achieving 255 in one game.

Other players kept the pressure on him but it soon became clear that Tony had made the number one spot his own and the fight was on for second and third places.

Three players, Martin Lappin, James McCaffrey and Brendan Kerr, were all in contention on the final night.

Eventually it was Martin who finished second with James in third place.

Centrepoint Bowl would like to thank everyone who took part in the competition.

Anyone interested in taking part in the league or learning how to play the game should contact staff at Centrepoint.
