Top awards for Holmes and McMaw

During the past season Louise and Gillian’s consistent sterling performances in defence were a major factor in the senior side avoiding relegation from Senior League Section 1. Louise was rewarded with the Senior Player of the Year trophy, while Gillian collected the 1st XI Players’ Player of the Year award.

The award winners were: 1st XI, Top Scorer, Kerrie Bell and Suzanne Dickey; Player of the Year, Louise Holmes; Players’ Player of the Year, Gillian McMaw; Most Improved Player, Kerry McLeod.

2nd XI: Top Scorer, Zoe Hunter; Player of the Year, Victoria White; Players’ Player of the Year, Janice Wilson; Most Improved Player, Lauren McKinstry.

3rd XI: Top Scorer, Helen White; Players’ Player of the Year, Rebecca Smith and Kerryn Girvan; Most Promising Junior Player, Kerryn Girvan.

Club Goalkeeper of the Year, Stephanie McIlroy; Under-15 Player of the Year, Emily Walker; Under-13 Player of the Year, Georgia Magowan; Endeavour Award, Suzanne Dickey.
