Tributes to athletes
THE Mayor of Ballymoney, Councillor Evelyne Robinson, has congratulated local athletes Richard and Peter Chambers and Alan Campbell on their successes at the Olympic Games in London.
Speaking at last week’s meeting of the Borough council, Councillor Robinson said the trio had “done an excellent job” for Nothern Ireland.
The Chambers brothers won Silver and Alan Campbell won bronze in their respective rowing classes.
