MALONE travelled to Gallaher in Private Greens Senior Division Three and came home with two points from a defeat by nine shots.

Brian Cheyne was a winner for a second successive, but he only got home by the narrowest of margins - a shot.

Frazer Thompson returned to action after a week off and earned Malone another point with a four shots win.

In the other two games there were seven shots defeats for Eric Mairs and David Nelson.
