That’s after their convincing 3-1 victory over Cookstown in the Boxing Day Kirk Cup final at Lisnagarvey’s Comber Road.

Top scorer Stevie Dowds made it 50 goals for the season with a brace to add to Fraser Mills’ opener and ensure the trophy made its way back to Havelock Park for the 20th time.

With it now resting alongside the Anderson Cup, can they make it a full five with the Premier League and the two All Ireland trophies still to play for?

“Talk to me about that in May,” said Head Coach Mark Tumilty.

“We have other big tournaments to try and win now.

“Our next target is to make sure we get our hands on the Ulster Premier League trophy again and claim the clean sweep in Ulster, adding to our Anderson Cup and Kirk Cup wins.

“If we can do that and then even add one of the two All Ireland competitions, that would be great. Those two competitions are so hard to win but the group is capable of winning them.”

With the squad at Tumilty’s disposal, success was expected and he knows that they can add to their trophy haul.

He said: “It’s the first time we have had a full squad of real top quality players

“We have Ross Beattie back now and Dane Ward, who missed Boxing Day, will come back in as well. That’ll give us a bit of a headache but we need the numbers whenever we take into account injuries.

“We’ll have the Ireland stuff that will interrupt a bit now but at the same time, it can be a positive. It gets the lads playing at a higher level, which can really benefit us.”
