Garvey have only played two home matches to date in NIBA Division One and they recorded a second win on Tuesday night by nine shots against Castle, from which they took 5.5 points.

Down 8-17 at the tenth and 11-18 at 15 ends Davy Boal lost by 16 shots.

Neil Mulholland lifted two threes to lead 9-4 at the tenth and 15-6 at 15 ends before winning by ten shots.

Ivan Craig lifted a four but it was 7-7 at the tenth and 12-8 at 15 ends. Garvey were 17-12 ahead at 19 ends but dropped four, one and had to settle for a tie.

A four helped Noel Graham to a 13-7 lead at the tenth and another four made it 19-9 at 15 ends. Garvey finished with two, five, one to win by 15 shots.

Lisnagarvey B took all seven points from a massive 50 shots win at home to Holywood in NIBA Division Four.

Ahead 11-3 at the tenth and 16-4 at 15 ends Ken Armstrong won by 11 shots.

Despite lifting a three, Denis Rankin was 8-9 down at the tenth and 9-15 at 14 ends, but he lifted four at 15 ends and went on to win by two shots.

A three and a four helped Alton Reid to a 13-10 lead at the ninth and a four made it 22-11 at 15 ends before Garvey won by 14 shots.

Two threes helped Bobby Carroll to a 17-2 lead at the tenth and he added a four to lead 24-5 at 15 ends before Garvey won by 23 shots.

Lisnagarvey lost by a shot in an exciting finish against Lurgan in the NIWBA Senior League on Thursday.

Two threes helped Caroline Keys to a 13-4 lead at the tenth and 15-8 at 15 ends and Garvey won by six shots.

After starting with four, three, three, two, one, one Iris Scott slipped to 14-10 at 12 ends. But Garvey finished with two, six, two to win by 17 shots.

Down 6-14 at 11 ends and 9-17 at 15 ends Sheillagh Stephenson finished with one, one, five but lost by a shot.

Down 1-13 at the seventh and 4-27 at 13 ends Betty Campbell came back to 10-27 but lost by 23 shots.
