Ulster’s Bremner helps out at Ballyclare High

Ballyclare High School’s pre-season preparations have been aided by Ulster Rugby’s Fitness Development Officer Robbie Bremner, who has been working on conditioning sessions with the Medallion and senior squads at Hollinger Park.

The players have been involved in contact conditioning, speed sessions, games conditioning and rugby-specific drills under the coaching of new Director of Rugby, Mike McKeever, Jamie Smith and Michael Entwhistle.

The squads continue their preparation in the coming weeks for the 2013-14 season.
