Ulster’s Bremner lends a hands at Carrick Grammar

Carrick Grammar School coaches Neal Kennedy and Stephen Martin have called upon Ulster Rugby’s Fitness Development Coach Robbie Bremner to assist them in preparing the team for their upcoming fixtures.

Bremner has been taking pitch-based conditioning sessions with the senior squad, and will be offering assistance on all aspects of strength and conditioning to the coaching staff at both senior and medallion level throughout the school term. The aim is not only to improve both the performance of the players, but also the awareness of the coaches in relation to their physical development.

The Ulster Rugby coach as also worked alongside medallion coach Rhys Botha in integrating rugby conditioning into sessions.
