Uncle Jack's trophy at Bushfoot
BUSHFOOT Golf Club's captain Ronnie Laverty led from the front on Saturday as he and Derrick Murphy, with their combined handicap of 17, took Uncle Jack's Trophy with a nett 64.
This was two shots better than runners-up Jim Lane and Michael Jamieson, combined handicap, 18 who netted a 66.
It took a countback down to the final six holes to split them from Harry Love and Ian Hackney who, off their 10 handicap, had a matching 66.
